I’ve been training someone at work who is almost literally twice my age. I don’t know how to feel.
Work
Makes doing many posts complicated because quite often I’m not allowed to discuss what’s coming up until after a. the event order is signed, or b. the event is over, and by then anything I would’ve said, I’ve forgotten. I know, not everything has to be work related, but lets be honest, it’s the only interesting thing going on with me these days. Next large event: We’re doing the kick off event for the Corporate offices in LA for the new Oprah Network. I can’t decide if I should be excited or bored.
Finally
Back in SoCal, and slept in my own bed last night. Past 10 days I’ve been all over. Started by being housed up in Orange County for a meeting, then in Hollywood for another. Came home, packed, off to Texas for Thanksgiving. Get back Sunday, Monday left for SF to teach a training class, got back last night. Today is my first day back at the resort I normally work at in 2 weeks.
